Mofaz: Netanyahu lives in fear; government has done nothing

"(Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu lives and operates in fear. He's so scared, mostly of himself, he stopped functioning," Opposition Chairman Shaul Mofaz said at the opening of the Knesset's winter session.
