Yisrael Beiteinu seeks to disqualify Balad from Knesset elections

MK David Rotem (Yisrael Beiteinu) is expected to petition the Central Elections Committee on his party's behalf to disqualify the Balad Party from contending in the next Knesset elections. Yisrael Beiteinu officials claim that Balad supports terrorism and takes action hostile to the existence of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. (Itamar Eichner)
