New regulation will allow reduced electricity bill

Israel Electric Corporation published a new regulation which for the first time will enable clients to install and use renewable energy production systems without restrictions. The energy produced will then be deducted from consumers' utility bill. 

So far electricity production from small systems – mainly placed on the roofs of private homes or commercial buildings – was limited to 50 KWH. (Billie Frenkel)
