Obama, Romney face off in 2nd presidential debate

US President Barack Obama and Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney have begun their second presidential debate in Hempstead, New York.
Tuesday's debate will be held in a town meeting format, allowing citizens to ask the candidates questions; and will focus on both foreign and domestic policy. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
