Police chief: 3 dead, 4 wounded in Wisconsin shooting

Police in Wisconsin say three people have been killed and four wounded in a shooting at a spa outside of Milwaukee. he police further reported that an improvised explosive device was found at the site of the shooting.

The Brookfield police released a photograph of the man they identified as Radcliffe Franklin Haughton, 45, of Brown Deer, Wisconsin. They said he was still at-large and the public's help was needed in tracking him down. (AP)
