Iran denounces Israel following Sudan blast

Iran's foreign ministry spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparsat, has denounced Israel for an attack it allegedly carried out on a weapons facility in Sudan. "This strike is in violation of international law," Mehmanparsat was quoted as saying by the FARS news agency.

Mehmanparsat said that the strike will escalate the tension in the region and called on the international organizations to take the steps necessary to prevent such incidents from recurring. (Dudi Cohen)
