Knesset Speaker Rivlin: Oslo concept failed

Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin delivered a speech during the Knesset ceremony commemorating former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.

Rivlin said: "The Oslo concept has failed, an alternative should be seriously discussed as the voices breaking the consensus are rising. Any political solution based on separation is inapplicable. I told Rabin I consider dividing the country a greater risk than a bi-national state." (Moran Azulay)
