Ayalon comes out against anti-Lieberman incitement
Deputy Foreign Minister Daniel Ayalon equated the incitement against Minister Avigdor Lieberman with the incitement against former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin before his assassination. He was referring to banners posted on websites affiliated with the radical Left depicting Lieberman as a devil wearing SS uniform.
"Sadly it appears that not enough lessons were drawn from what political persecution can cause," Ayalon wrote on his Facebook page. "This is dangerous political incitement." (Itamar Eichner)
