UN chief disappointed over failed Syria cease-fire
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is expressing deep disappointment at the collapse of a cease-fire in Syria and urging more unity from the international community.
Ban said Monday during prepared remarks in South Korea that the UN is trying to ease Syria's humanitarian woes and find a political solution to the crisis. (AP)
