Palestinian teen charged with sexually abusing 11-year-old
A 16-year-old Palestinian boy has been charged with kidnapping, attempted sodomy and indecent acts involving an 11-year-old boy.
According to the indictment, the defendant met the victim in Petah Tikva and convinced the boy to go with him to an abandoned site where he molested him. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
