Egypt: Security official to be dismissed

Egypt's Interior Minister Gen. Ahmed Gamal Eddin decided to relieve from duty the official in charge of north Sinai security. The decision was a result of the ministers' visit to the region following a shooting incident where three policemen were killed.
Earlier reports said policemen in north Sinai region abandoned their posts, blocked roads and rallied in front of the region's compound.(Roi Kais)
