Lieberman to convene envoys in wake of PA bid
Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman is expected hold a special meeting for all Israeli ambassadors in the European Union in Vienna this weekend. The meeting will discuss opposition to the Palestinians' plan to ask the UN for non-member state status.
A senior Foreign Ministry official said the Palestinian bid will result in escalation of current affairs and will put an end to any possible negotiations. (Itamar Eichner)
