4.5 years in prison for man who robbed bank with pepper spray
The Haifa District Court convicted Shimon Bar-Or of robbing a bank in Caesarea using pepper spray and sentenced the 55-year-old to 4.5 years in prison.
Bar-Or committed five robberies over the past five years. The judges explained they had to take his medical condition into consideration. (Ahiya Raved)
