Court approves plea bargain in case of man who aided Hamas

The Jerusalem Magistrates' Court approved a plea bargain in the case of Victor Siboni, 50, who was convicted of five counts for aiding a felony and infiltration.
According to the indictment, Siboni contacted a Hamas member residing in Gaza and received his orders regarding a Sudanese family that was abducted in order to extort ransom. Siboni was instructed to collect thousands of dollars from the family and received payment for doing so. (Aviel Magnezi)
