UN announces aid package for Cuba in Sandy's wake

The United Nations is announcing a humanitarian aid mission to eastern Cuba in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. A statement from the UN's World Food Program says it will provide one month's food rations for nearly a half million people.
It will concentrate on the eastern city of Santiago, which was hit the hardest by Sandy. (AP)
