Palestinians: Abbas may postpone UN bid

President Mahmoud Abbas is seriously considering the possibility of postponing the submission of a request to upgrade the Palestinian Authority's UN status to that of an 'observer state' from November to the end of January, senior officials in Ramallah claim.
