Two Arab youths were indicted for threatening and intentionally damaging a vehicle for racist motives.
According to the indictment, the two attacked a car driven by a man who appeared to be ultra-Orthodox, and tore apart a side mirror to intimidate the driver. (Aviel Magnezi)
