Russian President Vladimir Putin and his American couterpart Barak Obama talked via telephone Monday, with both reiterating their mutual desire to advance relations between the countries, according to a statement released by the Kremlin.
During the conversation Putin extended an invitation to the US president for an official visit to Moscow. (AFP)
