Netanyahu: IDF preparing for larger op if needed

At the end of a special cabinet meeting held at the army's Tel Aviv headquarters, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: "I wish to thank the Shin Bet, specifically Yoram Cohen, for our achievements up until now.
"Hamas and the other terrorist organizations have chosen to escalate the aggression towards Israel. We are not willing to accept a situation in which Israeli citizens are threatened by rocket terror. We have hit Hamas targets with great precision and thus hurt their ability to launch rockets at the center of Israel. If there will be a need the IDF is preparing for a larger operation."
