Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon said at a Ynet Live special broadcast that the US was backing Israel's actions. "In the United States we have no problem," Ayalon noted. "The problem is, as always, to pressure the Arab League. There is an understanding that we can and should protect residents of the south." (Ynet)
