Culture and Sport Minster Limor Livnat said that Israel is not yet in the position for a ceasefire. "Only this morning we saw that Grad rockets are still landing on the southern residents," she said, adding that in such a situation a ceasefire is off the table.
"Hamas must understand that a ceasefire can be taken into account only if there will be complete quiet and we have returned safety to the residents of the south," she said. (Orly Azoulay, Yedioth Ahronoth reporter)
