IDF spokesman: This is not a 'one hit and we're done' situation

IDF spokesperson Brig. Gen. Yoav Mordechai told Ynet in a special broadcast that this is not "a one hit and we're done" situation. He said that there is no one single operation that could immediately restore calm in the south. However, he said, he does believe that the current operation will lead to greater deterrence.

He also noted that even though rocket fire continues, its range is decreasing. He concluded by saying the IDF is achieving its goals.(Ynet)
