IDF bombards Gaza; 3 Hamas terrorists killed

IDF retaliates to massive rocket fire on Israel: Israeli aircraft killed three Hamas terrorists in Gaza on Tuesday. Two of them were involved in the rocket fire on Israel. In addition, IDF airstrikes and artillery fire were targeting dozens of terror targets throughout the coastal enclave.

Two Hamas terrorists were killed in the Zeitoun neighborhood in central Gaza, while a third was killed in an IDF strike in Dahaniya, which is located in south Gaza, as he was preparing to launch a rocket toward Israel.

Earlier Tuesday, Palestinian sources in Gaza said Israeli aircraft attacked a terror cell. According to the report, at least one terrorist was killed.

Israeli aircraft also attacked two rocket launching pads in the Jabalia and Deir al-Balah neighborhoods in Gaza. Rocket launchers were destroyed in the airstrike.

Some 50 weapons smuggling tunnels have been destroyed since the ID F launched Operation Pillar of Defense last week.
