Palestinian envoy Bassam al-Salhi arrived Thursday in China on behalf of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to discuss the recent conflict with Israel.
Al-Salhi requested China's intervention to prevent "Israeli aggression in Gaza," the Chinese news agency reported. (AP)
