IDF chief: We will disrupt Hamas' rearming with newer rockets
IDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Benny Gantz addressed the fear that Hamas will rearm itself with newer rockets, saying that the issue of Hamas' attempt to strengthen its power is important and far from new. He said the IDF will continue to work toward disrupting Hamas' attempt to rearm.
Gantz gave a speech at the IDF's recruitment base to a group of recently enlisted Armored Corps soldiers. He also commented on reserve soldiers' complaints regarding lack of bomb shelters in IDF bases and deployment centers, saying the IDF is currently examining the matter. (Yoav ZItun)
