J'lem Light Rail dummy bomb suspect released to house arrest
A resident of Jerusalem's Shufat neighborhood who was arrested last week on suspicion of placing dummy bombs on the Light Rail was released to house arrest.

The suspect's lawyer, Muhammad Mahmmud, said his client suffers from mental problems, and that he did not consider the results of his actions, which according to the lawyer, were merely a prank: "All we are talking about is some wires connected to an energy drink." (Noam Dvir)
