Nochi Dankner under fraud investigation

Nochi Dankner, head of the IDB Conglomerate, is under investigation for securities fraud and other actions in question in relation to IDB's public offering on February 23, IDB reported Tuesday.
Nochi Dankner said in response, "The Israel Securities Authority is investigating the matter. I will respect the process." (Guy Ben Simon, Calcalist)
