Abbas: We'll turn to ICC in case of Israeli aggression

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said he would appeal to the International Criminal Court in The Hague in case of "Israeli aggression."

Following the recognition of Palestine as a UN non-member state, Abbas said the Palestinians would agree to return to the negotiating table if Israel stopped building in the settlements. (AFP)
