Israeli ambassador returns to Egypt

Egyptian media outlets reported that Israeli Ambassador to Egypt Yaakov Amitai has returned to Cairo for the first time since his departure during Operation Pillar of Defense.
According to reports, Amitai refused to make a statement upon arrival and proceeded directly to the VIP area with the Israeli diplomatic delegation awaiting him at the Cairo airport. (Roi Kais)
