UN chief urges NKorea to reconsider rocket launch

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon strongly urged North Korea on Tuesday to reconsider its decision to launch a rocket which would be "a clear violation" U.N. sanctions.
The UN chief also urged Pyongyang to suspend all activities related to its ballistic missile program, UN spokesman Martin Nesirky said. (AP)
