Civil Administration confirms submission of settlement housing plan

The Civil Administration's highest planning committee confirmed the submission of a plan to build 3,000 housing units in the E1 territory, which is located beyond the Green Line. Opponents may now appeal against the plan. (Itamar Fleishman)
