The Palestinian Authority will allow Hamas to hold an anniversary rally in the West Bank for the first time since Hamas took control of Gaza Strip, PA official Khalil Assaf said Monday.
The rally has been set for Thursday and will be held in Nablus. Fatah will hold its own anniversary rally in the West Bank in January. (Elior Levy)
