Mashaal leaves Gaza after first visit to encalve

Hamas Politburo Chief Khaled Mashaal left the Gaza Strip on Monday after making his first visit to the enclave, a government spokesman said.

"Abu al-Walid (Mashaal) left the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing this afternoon after his historic visit," Chahwane Islam told AFP. (AFP)
