National Association of Nurses Chairwoman Ilana Cohen announced that nurses across the country will walk out of their hospital units for four hours on Tuesday at 9 am in protest against their employment terms. Only staff members who are essential for life saving procedures and for the distribution of medication are to remain at work.
Meanwhile, the state has decided to petition the Labor Court to force the nurses to return to work. (Boaz Fyler)
