Fatal shooting in NY's midtown near Central Park
Authorities say a man has been fatally shot in a densely populated area of New York City, popular with tourists during the Christmas season. The suspect got away in a car driven by a second person.
Police spokesman Paul Browne said the victim, who was shot once in the back of the head, was pronounced dead at a hospital. (AP)
