Yachimovich comes out against Lieberman plea bargain

None

Labor Chairwoman Shelly Yachimovich said that "offering Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman a quick plea bargain that will enable him to slide back into public life as if nothing happened is unbefitting his public status. The charges he is facing should be sentenced by the court."

Yachimovich added that "The haste is unreasonable. Any other person accused would have been very pleased to receive a speedy and lenient plea bargain; Lieberman should not enjoy privileges." (Moran Azulay)
