Report: Qatar's emir to visit Ramallah

Palestinian sources reported that Qatar's Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, is expected to visit Ramallah in December. The emir visited Gaza two months ago and the sources said the visit to Ramallah is meant as a "balancing measure" in favor of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. (Elior Levy)
