Attack on Ivory Coast army checkpoint kills 2
Ivory Coast's military says gunmen have attacked an army checkpoint not far from the country's largest city, killing two soldiers.
Cherif Moussa, chief of communications for the army, said the assault took place Sunday morning in Agboville, about 50 miles from Abidjan. Moussa says the attackers were heavily armed with rocket-propelled grenades and Kalashnikovs. (AP)
