Ankara says Assad should resign by 2013

A Turkish newspaper reported that Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan made a recommendation to Russian President Vladimir Putin on how to solve the Syrian crisis. According to the equation, Syrian President Bashar Assad will resign within the first three months of 2013.
A transit government will also be established and headed by the Syrian National Coalition; recognized by most Western countries as representative of the Syrian nation. (AFP)
