Egypt: Judges to boycott second round of voting
Judges in Egypt have announced they will not oversee the second round of voting in a referendum on a new constitution, said Hamdy Yassin, head of the Egyptian Administrative State Council's Judges Club.
The first round of voting was marred with violence and allegations of vote rigging, and resulted in a victory for the constitution proposed by President Mohamed Morsi. (AFP)
