Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the government's decision to continue building beyond the Green Line in east Jerusalem, saying: "Jerusalem is Israel's eternal capital and we will continue to build within it."
During a visit to a religious education establishment in Acre, Netanyahu added: "I call on all Zionist parties in Israel - let no political interest overshadow the national agreement on Jerusalem's unity." (Maor Buchnik)
