J'lem Zoning Committee rejects southern J'lem construction plan
Jerusalem District Zoning Committee has rejected plans to build hundreds of housing units in the Givat Hamatos neighborhood in southern Jerusalem, beyond the Green Line.
Meanwhile, the committee has approved the construction of 670 housing units in the Arab neighborhood of Beit Safafa. (Omri Efraim)
