Haifa U gives out grants honoring Carmel Fire victims

The Haifa University announced a series of scholarships named after victims who perished in the 2010 Carmel Fire.
The scholarships were given out in a ceremony attended by Haifa University President Amos Shapira, Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch and Prison Commissioner Aharon Franco. (Shahar Chai)
