A Los Angeles man has been arrested and charged with making a phony bomb threat against a Jewish temple and a police car that was parked nearby.
Wan Ryung Song's arrest on Wednesday comes a day after the threat sparked street closures around the Wilshire Boulevard Temple in Koreatown as the bomb squad searched for explosives. (AP)
