Defense Minister Ehud Barak said at the funeral of former IDF Chief Amnon Lipkin-Shahak: "Today we are bidding farewell to one of our finest commanders. We have lost an extraordinary man, a courageous commander, a true friend."
Netanyau added: "Amnon was always composed, be it before our enemies or before the disease, to which he eventfully succumbed." (Yoav Zitun)
