Young Israeli tennis player Ishay Ulliel has won the under 12 world championship after emerging victorious from a match against Aruba's Patrick Sydow with the result 3:6 and 1:6.
Ulliel is the first Israeli to win the title of world champion for his age group since Shahar Pe'er won the female equivalent for the under 14 age group in 2001. (Oren Aharoni)
