More than 700 Palestinians have been killed in Syria since the beginning of the conflict last March, Zacharia al-Agha, a Palestine Liberation Organization official in charge of refugees said Sunday. "We have asked the Syrian authorities not to let Palestinians be drawn into the conflict," he told journalist in Cairo.
A week ago, 25 people were killed in a bombing of the Yarmouk refugee camp. Syrian Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi denied reports that the Syrian army stands behind the attack. (AFP)
