Ahmadinejad congratulates Morsi on new constitution

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad spoke to his Egyptian counterpart Mohammed Morsi and congratulated him on the approval of the new constitution, the Nasim Online website reported.
Ahmadinejad expressed confidence that the Egyptian nation will "move quickly towards progress in the new age." Morsi on his part thanked the Iranian president and said that close bilateral ties would be very "beneficial." (Dudi Cohen)
