Egyptian president signs on new constitution
Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi signed a decree ratifying the new constitution; approved following a referendum in the country.
The Central Elections Committee announced on Tuesday that 63.8% voted for the constitution, while 36.2% voted against. Voter turnout stood at a mere 32%. (Roi Kais)
