Attorney Ilan Bombach, Anat Kam's defense attorney, said following the court's decision to reduce her sentence that "the Supreme Court has ruled that Kam did not want to harm the State's security, and that senior generals who committed much more serious offenses got much lighter sentences."
Kam was convicted of passing classified information to Haaretz journalist Uri Blau. (Aviel Magnezi)
